Review:
The starting credit sets the mood of the film. The first half introduces the characters and their situations, ending at beginning of conflicts in their life. The second half sees the character go through emotional transformations as a result of the conflicts in their respective lives. The climax gathers and closes all the
loose ends in all the three stories. The crux of the film lies in this line - 'Kabhi Kabhi Kuch Galat Hi Sahi Hota Hai...' which is concluded at the end giving it a moral sense and not justifying it.
All the actors performing the title role
do a fab job Neil Nitin Mukesh, Chiyaan Vikram and Vinay Virmani. Among the supporting cast Tabu is the most effective. Saurabh Shukla as the dead father is hilarious.
The growth of
Bejoy Nambiar from Getaway competition to Shaitaan and now David is
commendable. Cinematography and Music raises the tempo of the film to an all
time high.
All in all David hits all the emotions with the right note. In one line
David is a cinematic journey backed by a 3 powerful stories and accompanied by
great music.
